As Principal and Senior Vice President, Jeff directs the firm’s operations in Texas. In this role, he leads the sourcing and execution of medical office and industrial acquisitions along with development opportunities in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston. Since joining Ackerman, he has accumulated through acquisitions and development a portfolio of 1 MSF of industrial, 500,000 SF of medical office, and several industrial land sites.
He is responsible for the development, leasing and disposition of the company’s properties, including an Ackerman portfolio of five medical office buildings in San Antonio, and several industrial developments in the San Antonio MSA: Doerr Lane Logistics Center (a 307,000 SF distribution facility), Corporate Drive Industrial Complex (a multi-building 511,000 SF logistics development), and Tripoint Logistics Center (multiple distribution buildings up to 1.5 MSF).
Prior to joining Ackerman, Jeff had 20 years of experience working in operations and estimating for construction managers in the Texas market.
