Ackerman & Co. Brokers Sale at 450 Old Peachtree Road NW

Chandler Pope represents owner UAI Building Equity in sale of loft office space to Century Cabinets Inc. in Suwanee, Ga.

ATLANTA, Aug. 29, 2018 – Ackerman & Co.’s Chandler Pope has brokered the sale of a 3,500-square-foot loft office in Suwanee, Ga., northeast of Atlanta, for $590,000. The property is located at 450 Old Peachtree Road NW (also known as Commerce Park at Northbrook).

He represented owner UAI Building Equity LLC in the sale. Century Cabinets Inc. was the buyer.

The two-story office (suite 103) is part of 17,500-square-foot Commerce Park at Northbrook Building 100 and features nine private offices, six semi-private work stations and two conference areas, including one private conference room.

The office building offers convenient access to I-85 via Old Peachtree and Lawrenceville Suwanee roads. It is also in close proximity to shopping and restaurants, Discover Mills mall, and Infinite Energy Center, a multi-purpose campus featuring a sports arena, a 708-seat theater, an exhibit hall and a grand ballroom.
