Brett Buckner, who joined Ackerman & Co. in 2015, leads the Industrial Services team, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. He currently manages leasing and user sales for more than 4 million square feet of industrial properties across metro Atlanta.

In 2018, he was named the top industrial landlord producer by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

The 30-year veteran and Atlanta native built his practice on local market expertise, professionalism and personal integrity, resulting in more than 750 closed transactions. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local start-ups, including Royal Cup Coffee, GE Appliance, Lotus Cars USA, Lesco Corporation and Kids II.
