Ackerman & Co. and Pioneer Land Group Broker Sale of 20.5-Acre Residential Land Parcel in Gwinnett County

Local builder purchases land parcel on McCart Road in Lawrenceville, Ga.,
designed for 50 single-family homes

ATLANTA, Feb 26, 2018 – The land team of Ackerman & Co. and Pioneer Land Group has brokered the sale of a 20.55-acre residential land parcel on McCart Road in Lawrenceville, Ga., for $1,125,000 ($54,744 per acre).

The land team – John Speros, JT Speros and Will Goff of Ackerman & Co. and Kyle Gable of Pioneer Land Group – represented the seller, a local private investment investor.

The site will accommodate the development of 50 single-family homes and offers 1,200 feet of frontage on McCart Road and minimum lot sizes of 12,000 square feet.

“This purchase enables this well-established developer of housing communities to grow its already strong presence in the rapidly growing Gwinnett County residential market,” said John Speros. “The parcel offers a prime location within the Central Gwinnett High School District, which has a very limited supply of vacant lots for residential development.”

McCart Road is less than two miles from downtown Lawrenceville and its wide variety of retail, dining and entertainment, and the parcel offers convenient access to the employment centers located along Interstate 85.
