Ackerman & Co. Sells Two Flagstar Bank Branches for $525 PSF

Atlanta, February 18, 2013 – Ackerman & Co. Investment Sales team of Sean Patrick and Gina DeRaffele has brokered the sale of two bank branches in the Atlanta, Ga. MSA (Apharetta and Hiram) for more than $525 per square foot.

Patrick and DeRaffele, along with Chris McCauley with RBJ/Transwestern in Boston represented the seller, Flagstar Bank. The properties were purchased by a regional bank headquartered in Atlanta.
