Ackerman Retail Becomes Exclusive Representative for Goodwill of North Georgia Store Expansion

Brian Lefkoff, Ackerman Retail EVP, will lead the tenant representation team  

ATLANTA, May 15, 2019 – Goodwill of North Georgia, one of 160 independent Goodwills across the United States, has selected Ackerman Retail, a division of Ackerman & Co., as its exclusive tenant representative for its store expansion across the region. Brian Lefkoff, executive vice president for Ackerman Retail, will lead the tenant representation team as it assists the non-profit retailer in identifying and selecting sites for new stores and donation centers.

Goodwill’s new locations in North Georgia will range in size from 25,000 to 40,000 square feet.

“Goodwill stores have come to be viewed by everyone from Millennials to Baby Boomers as an alternative to the popular discount stores. With the brand’s growing popularity, there is an excellent opportunity for Goodwill to open new stores in a number of markets,” said Brian Lefkoff. “We look forward to helping our client achieve its expansion goals.”
