CrossFit WayMaker to Open 4,000 SF Gym at Ackerman & Co.’s Peachtree Corners Exchange

ATLANTA, February 26, 2021 – Ackerman & Co. has completed a long-term 4,000-square-foot lease with CrossFit WayMaker, a gym offering a variety of crossfit workout programs, at the Ackerman-owned Peachtree Corners Exchange complex located on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Peachtree Corners, Ga. The locally owned business will celebrate its grand opening Saturday, February 27.
Ackerman & Co. brokers Frank Farrell and Chris Miller represented Ackerman in the lease at the three-building business park.
CrossFit WayMaker occupies Suite Q in Building 6889, which provides high-visibility showroom space directly fronting the busy Peachtree Industrial Boulevard retail and business corridor.
The opening day hours are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. this Saturday. Owned and operated by Val Burnett and trainer and coach Davis Burnett, the gym offers training classes, workouts for drop-in visitors and personal training programs. With visitor health and safety a top priority, the gym limits class sizes, sanitizes equipment, flooring and gym surfaces after each use and emphasizes physical distancing by offering dedicated work stations throughout the expansive exercise space.
Ackerman & Co. currently has retail showroom space available in Building 6889 and flexible industrial/office options in Buildings 6899 and 6901. Located near historic downtown Norcross in the thriving Peachtree Corners shopping district, Peachtree Corners Exchange is less than 2.5 miles to I-285 and under 5 miles to I-85.
