Doerr Lane Logistics Center Achieves 100% Lease Up
Baltisse Ackerman Commercial Development and Partners Real Estate announce milestone at the Class A distribution Center in Schertz, TX
Schertz, TX, October 24, 2023 – Baltisse Ackerman Commercial Development and Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, are pleased to announce that Doerr Lane Logistics Center has been 100% leased. This milestone was reached after MEI Rigging & Crating inked a lease for 191,297 SF of space.

Partners’ John Colglazier, Carlos Marquez, and Kyle Kennan represented Baltisse Ackerman Commercial Development as exclusive leasing agents of the 307,000 SF Class A property and are teaming up with them again to lease Corporate Drive Industrial Complex.
Corporate Drive Industrial Complex is a 32-acre parcel located in Guadalupe County (northeast of San Antonio) strategically located between the San Antonio MSA and Austin MSA that serves 4.8 million people. The project offers crucial access to two major transcontinental corridors, Interstate Highway 10 (West-East) and Interstate Highway 35 (North-South). Corporate Drive Industrial Complex is only 175 miles from Laredo, home to the largest inland port in North America.
Baltisse Ackerman Development Company is developing two buildings at the Corporate Drive Industrial Complex. Building 1 (274,000 SF) will offer 73 loading bays and a 36’ clear height. Building 2 (237,000 SF) will offer 62 loading bays and a 32’ clear height. The site features 647 vehicular and 59 additional trailer parking spaces.
