IN THE NEWS – Ackerman jumps five spots in the Top 25 CRE Brokerage Listings

Atlanta Business Chronicle’s April 4 print edition features Atlanta’s Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Brokerages listing. The list is ranked by 2013 gross dollar volume of sales and leasing transactions out of the Atlanta office. CBRE Inc. tops the List for the 12th year in a row, followed by Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia Inc., Hodges Ward Elliott Inc. and Colliers International.

The 2013 gross dollar volume for the top 25 companies totals an impressive $35 billion, up 43.8 percent from last year’s top 25. Companies jumping five spots or more on the List from last year include HFF L.P., Multi Housing Advisors LLC, Cassidy Turley and Ackerman & Co.
