Ackerman Medical to Develop New MOB Campus in Newnan

Ackerman & Co. President Kris Miller revealed at the company’s annual Investor Conference last week that it has plans to develop a new medical office campus in Newnan (known as the Newnan Centre for Health), near the Cancer Center of America facility and nearby Piedmont Newnan Hospital. In a joint-venture with Batson-Cook Development Company, Ackerman has secured the 25-acre site (above) where it plans to develop 250,000 square feet of medical office buildings, “with the first building in pre-development for 40k SF,” Kris said.

John Willig, Ackerman Medical’s Principal and in charge of development, serves as the company’s point-of-contact for this project.
