IN THE NEWS – Andrew Murphy Brokers Sale of Another Atlanta MOB

Andrew Murphy, senior vice president of healthcare real estate at Ackerman, has brokered an all-cash sale of a 16,000-square-foot medical office building in Stockbridge, Ga. The well located facility, near Piedmont Henry Hospital, was nearly 85% leased at time of sale. The building was purchased by a fund co-sponsored by American Healthcare Investors and Griffin Capital Corp.
