Omega Air & Southland Industries Sign Leases of 147,420 SF and 62,400 SF at Corporate Drive Industrial Complex in Selma, Texas
Partners represents owner-developer Ackerman & Co. in leases at new Class A logistics park
Selma, TX December 17, 2024 – Partners Real Estate, one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, representing owner-developer Ackerman & Co., a nearly 60-year-old commercial real estate company with offices across Texas, has secured leases of 147,420 square feet with Omega Air and 62,400 square feet with Southland Industries at Corporate Drive Industrial Complex in Selma, Texas. The newly built, Class A logistics park is strategically located in the heart of the Texas Triangle less than 1 mile from I-35.
The two industrial facilities at Corporate Drive Industrial Complex are 274,000 square feet (Building 1) and 237,000 square feet (Building 2). Partners brokers John Colglazier, Kyle Kennan and Lindsey Tucker completed the leases on behalf of owner Ackerman & Co. Hank Pruitt of Pruitt Realty represented Omega Air and Davis Bass of HPI Real Estate Services & Investments represented Southland Industries.
Omega Air is a global leader in air-to-air refueling services, specializing in refueling solutions for the U.S. Armed Forces. Southland Industries, one of the largest MEP construction contractors in the country, is expanding its presence in the Texas market with its lease in Corporate Drive Building 2.
