Outpatient Surgery Center in Palm Springs FL Sold for $5 Million

Ackerman Medical’s Brett Buchwald and Larry Jarema complete sale of fully occupied Congress Professional Center III anchored by Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach.

PALM SPRINGS FL, July 19, 2021 – Ackerman Medical, the healthcare real estate group of Ackerman & Co., has completed the sale of Congress Professional Center III in Palm Springs, Fla., for $5 million ($271 per square foot). The fully leased outpatient surgery center is anchored by Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach.

Ackerman Medical brokers Brett Buchwald and Larry Jarema represented the seller, Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach. The buyer was D.I.R. Development.

“This was a great opportunity for the investor to purchase a 100% occupied medical office building with a strong lineup of regional and national tenants in a prime Palm Beach County location,” said Brett Buchwald.

Located at 1620 South Congress Avenue, the two-story, 18,400-square-foot medical office building was built in 1997. The property offers high visibility along South Congress Avenue, and is just west of I-95 and five miles from Palm Beach International Airport.

In addition to Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach, tenants in the building include Palm Beach Urology Associates, University Orthopedic Care and Pediatric & General Dentistry of Palm Beach.
