Wood Partners Purchases 52-Acre Site in Forsyth County for Mixed-Use Project with Apartments

Ackerman & Co. and Pioneer Land Advisory Group represent residential developer in $6-million purchase of site planned for 310 multifamily units.

ATLANTA, March 24, 2022 – The Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group has brokered the sale of a 51.7-acre parcel in Cumming, Ga., on behalf of Atlanta-based Wood Partners for the development of a mixed-use project containing 310 multifamily units and 5 acres of retail/commercial development. Wood Partners purchased the property for $6 million from the sellers, Rosalinda Realty, EMES Realty and Davidson Realty Corp.

The project will be built off of Georgia 400 at Settingdown Circle. The Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group’s John Speros, JT Speros and Kyle Gable represented Wood Partners in the purchase.
