Brett Buckner leads the Industrial Services team, specializing in leasing the company’s industrial portfolio across the Southeast. A 30-year commercial real estate veteran recognized as one of the top industrial brokers in Atlanta, his accolades include being named the top industrial landlord producer by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. His major lease signings as Ackerman’s landlord representative include a 1 MSF lease to Uline Inc. in Atlanta’s Northeast submarket and a 711,000 SF lease in Central Florida with Amazon.
The Atlanta native has built his practice on local market expertise, professionalism and personal integrity, resulting in more than 750 closed transactions. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local start-ups, including Royal Cup Coffee, GE Appliance, Lotus Cars USA, Lesco Corporation and Kids II.
