With 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Craig’s focus is the sale of shopping centers throughout Georgia and more recently in key markets throughout the Southeast and Midwest. His focus is representing buyers and sellers of unanchored, specialty and second-tier anchored properties.
Craig views his role as a trusted advisor and strategizes with clients during all phases of the ownership cycle in order to maximize their objectives. He values long-term relationships with local and institutional-quality owners. With this approach he has closed on 200+ shopping centers totaling $1.3 billion in sales volume.
Prior to joining Ackerman, Craig was Senior Vice President at CBRE Capital Markets, where he was a leader in private market retail sales in the firm’s Southeast region.
