Edgar Hernandez is a dedicated land broker specializing in multifamily and industrial land transactions. As part of Ackerman & Co.’s Land Group, he advises developers, homebuilders, and investors in acquiring and positioning sites for high-density residential and industrial developments. With a strong background in construction, Edgar brings invaluable expertise in site evaluation, cost analysis, and development feasibility, ensuring his clients maximize their investments.

Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Edgar served as a Project Manager at EVE Contracting, where he oversaw the construction of single-family luxury homes, multifamily developments, and hotel projects across metro Atlanta. His experience managing large-scale projects—including sites for Holiday Inn & Suites and WoodSpring Suites—equips him with a deep understanding of development challenges and construction efficiencies.
