Brokerage Associate
Patrick is a member of the growing Ackerman Retail team, a division of Ackerman & Co. As a brokerage associate, he assists in landlord leasing for both Ackerman-owned and third-party properties and in tenant representation services. He works closely with Executive Vice President Courtney Brumbelow and Senior Vice President Suzanne Shank, assisting in their leasing efforts.
In his role with the Ackerman Retail team, Patrick provides comparative market research, site analysis, and other marketing and research assistance. Before joining Ackerman, he worked as a financial analyst intern for Magic Wheel & Tire in Macon, GA.
He received a BBA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
