Providing Ackerman & Co. 30-plus years of commercial real estate experience, Mike focuses on development and land acquisition opportunities. In this role, he helps identify, procure and develop commercial real estate properties, specializing in industrial projects.

In rejoining Ackerman & Co. in 2022 – where he previously worked as SVP from 2003 to 2011 – Mike brings broad experience through roles ranging from marketing and brokerage to development of retail, industrial and mixed-use projects at several prominent commercial real estate firms.

Mike previously was Senior Vice President of Industrial Development and Acquisitions at Brennan Investment Group and Vice President of Industrial Development at OmniTRAX Inc. His previous roles also include serving as Regional Development Officer in charge of industrial development in the Southeast for First Industrial Realty Trust and Regional Partner at RealtiCorp, where he focused on acquisition and development of retail and mixed-use properties.
