A key member of Ackerman & Co.’s growing Investment Sales group, Nick brings more than a decade of experience in medical office and multi-tenant retail investment sales. Nick has built a strong track record of success – with more than $1 billion in transactions – by prioritizing strong relationships and developing long-standing trust with his clients.
Nick’s investment sales focus includes sale-leasebacks, practice expansions, individual property sales and portfolio sales. By providing comprehensive analysis and leveraging his industry knowledge, he consistently meets his clients’ sales objectives and long-term investing goals.
Prior to joining Ackerman, Nick was a Senior Investment Advisor at AiCRE Partners and Helios Investment Services, and an Investment Sales Advisor at Sands Investment Group.
His industry recognitions include Top Listing Agent of the Year, Crexi’s Platinum Broker Award and the CoStar Power Broker Award.
