As a brokerage associate for Ackerman Retail, Ricky supports the team’s site selection efforts for retail and self-storage projects, working closely with brokers Stephen Lapierre and Wyatt Whitaker. He contributes in-depth market research, site analysis, and other research data, while also playing an important role in growing the team’s client portfolio by identifying new prospects.
Ricky is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate.
Prior to joining Ackerman & Co. full-time, he was a brokerage intern for the company.
