Ryan Ball
Vice President, Investment Sales
Ryan is an experienced member of Ackerman & Co.’s growing Investment Sales group, with expertise in both investment sales and leasing of office and retail properties. In his role on the Investment Sales team, Ryan focuses on representing owners in the sale of multi-tenant retail properties.
Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Ryan was an Investment Sales Advisor for Sands Investment Group, specializing in investment sales in the Southeast. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, he began his career at his family’s business, STS Management Inc., and later worked at Danberry Company, focusing on leasing office and retail properties in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
He is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
