As a key member of the Ackerman Retail Tenant Representation team, Stephany helps deliver the group’s comprehensive services to clients and grow the tenant representation portfolio. Since joining Ackerman, Stephany has succeeded in securing several new clients and closed deals both individually and jointly with Executive Vice President Brian Lefkoff.

Stephany is committed to assisting both well-established retailers and startups in opening new locations and strengthening their brands. Representing Hispanic businesses is a growing focus for Stephany, inspired by her early childhood when her family lived in Guadalajara. As part of her commitment to representing Hispanic retailers, she has taken on leadership positions in organizations such as the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and ACBR’s Diversity Committee.

Prior to joining Ackerman, Stephany worked at Horizon Group Properties, starting as a part-time Marketing Coordinator and quickly moving up to become the company’s youngest Marketing Director, handling all aspects of brand strategy and advertising for the 400,000-square-foot Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta.

In recognition of her professional growth and contributions to the company’s Brokerage group, Ackerman & Co. honored Stephany with the Young Broker of the Year award in 2024.
