Stephen focuses on site selection and tenant representation for self-storage, retail and automotive properties. In assisting clients with their expansion efforts, Stephen identifies new sites for development, and infill redevelopment opportunities in high-growth markets.
In his previous role at Ackerman Retail, he specialized in the disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties, working with his clients to identify unique opportunities for acquisition, disposition and development of high-quality retail assets in markets across the Southeast U.S.
Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Stephen worked at Lee & Associates, where he focused on investment sales of single-tenant retail properties and manufactured housing communities. He started his career at Glenwood Development Co., representing landlords in the leasing of power shopping centers in the Atlanta area.
