Travis Swanson

Senior Investment Analyst

A member of the Ackerman & Co. Investments group, Travis supports the firm’s growth initiatives across Texas. He works with the team to provide financial modeling, local market data, underwriting, site analysis and other research to evaluate acquisition and new development opportunities.

Prior to joining Ackerman, Travis was a commercial mortgage loan analyst at D. Ansley Company, a commercial mortgage banking firm in San Antonio. In that role, he assisted in building loan packages for real estate investors and developers, helping close more than $500 million in loans for clients. While in college, he held several internships, gaining experience in commercial real estate development and financial services.

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
