2810-2814 Spring Road

The northwest quadrant is bisected by US Highway 41 (Cobb Parkway), the only significant north/south transportation corridor before Interstate 75 was constructed. As a result, the US 41 corridor was the first area to develop commercially in the Northwest market. With construction of Interstates 75 and 285, the Northwest market was divided into four quadrants. The interstate system was a major catalyst for development in the market. Due to the availability of raw land in the remaining three quadrants, most of the office, hotel, retail and entertainment venues were developed outside of the Northwest quadrant.
